MindChamps Albion Park in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join a close-knit team. You will deliver MindChamps curriculum and support children through daily routines, transitions, and family partnerships.

The role requires an ECT qualification or ACECQA equivalent, valid WWCC, NESA accreditation, and current First Aid. A passion for high-quality care and a long-term commitment to the childcare sector are essential.

Qualifications

• A completed ECT in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
• Valid NESA accreditation.
• Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check and First Aid Certificates.
• Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• The love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career.
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Centre Director on teaching matters and implement MindChamps policies and framework.
• Deliver MindChamps curriculum and programmes in line with the Australian Early Years Framework.
• Create a stimulating, positive environment to support child development.
• Assist Champs with daily routines and meal times in line with food safety regulations.
• Respond to children's emotional needs and build strong relationships with Champs and parents.
• Be responsible for children's transition to the school program.
