Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead Dan Murphy’s store leaders across North West Melbourne Metro and large regional stores. You will drive strategy, coach teams, and collaborate with peers to deliver strong customer outcomes and business results.

• Take complete ownership of your area group, and lead and inspire your store teams
• Collaborate with peer Area Managers on state wide strategy

As an Area Manager, you will lead and inspire our store leaders and teams to deliver on the Dan Murphy's strategy.

Your exceptional leadership, commercial acumen and guidance will develop those around you - fostering team engagement and advocacy, and inspiring ways to evolve and improve.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the State leadership team during a period of growth, working closely with the State Manager and your peers to deliver great outcomes for our customers and the business, through our people.

• Proactively contribute to the delivery of the Dan’s strategy with the State Leadership team, and lead your Area to bring the strategy to life in stores.
• Build team commitment by providing clear direction and role clarity to achieve business goals.

• Lead the delivery of key projects for the State.
• Analyse key metrics and leverage customer and team feedback to provide tailored coaching for each store.
• Lead business transformation and change agendas effectively while maintaining a steady focus on performance.
• Develop talent pipelines and future leaders through regular feedback and meaningful succession planning.
