Boral Concrete invites an experienced leader to take charge of a six-plant portfolio across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. Based from our Labrador plant, you will be a visible, hands-on leader, visiting sites and working closely with plant teams to drive safety, performance and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, managing budgets, and building strong customer relationships, with regular site travel and a focus on continuous improvement.

Lead a portfolio of six concrete plants across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region, playing a key role in driving safety, operational performance and team engagement. Based from our Labrador plant, you'll be a visible and hands-on leader, regularly visiting sites and working closely with plant teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Your day will involve:

• Leading the safe and efficient operation of six concrete plants across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region
• Coaching, developing and supporting frontline leaders and plant teams to achieve operational excellence
• Managing plant performance, production costs, budgets and financial outcomes
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Travelling regularly between sites to provide visible leadership, solve operational issues and drive continuous improvement

This permanent full-time role is ideally suited to a Gold Coast-based leader who enjoys being visible in the business and working closely with operational teams. Typical hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:30pm, however flexibility is required to support operational needs, including occasional after-hours activity and Saturday on-call commitment across the region. Night shift operations are also in place at our Burleigh Heads and Benowa plants, requiring leadership oversight and support when required.
