A leading outdoor furniture brand in Sydney is looking for Sales and Design Consultants to work at our Alexandria Home Centre store. You will provide expert product knowledge, engage with customers, and drive sales while maintaining excellent service. Ideal candidates should have a proven sales track record and a passion for design. This role offers the flexibility to work on weekends and potential travel between locations.

OSMEN Outdoor Furniture is rapidly expanding. We have 7 stores located in Alexandria, Auburn, Artarmon, Belrose, Castle Hill, Moore Park and Smithfield.

This role will see you working primarily at our Alexandria Home Centre store location with additional travel when necessary. We are looking for sales and design consultants with an interest in helping customers, and enthusiasm in selling.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, and happy to grow!

Everyday, you can expect to:

• Provide product knowledge and increase sales opportunities by providing design solutions and retail products to clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (both personal and storewide)
• Following up customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service and relationships
• Develop knowledge of OSMEN collections and products
• Close open sales orders and up-sell key product pieces
• Maintain the Visual Display of the Store up to company standard
• Create and track quotes in OSMEN's internal system
• Preparation of client presentations
