Job summary

Busy Bees, a leading global early learning provider, seeks an Area Director for NSW's Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter regions. You will lead 9 centres with autonomy to drive quality, safety and financial sustainability, while building capable Centre Director teams.

In this senior role you will partner with People & Culture and central support, manage occupancy, budgets and governance, and build strong community relationships to support enrolments.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in early learning or regulated environments.
• Strong commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, occupancy and performance.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a portfolio of 9 Centres to deliver high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable services.
• Drive performance across occupancy, workforce, budgets and key business metrics.
• Embed strong compliance, governance and child safety practices.
• Develop high-performing Centre Director teams through coaching and performance management.
• Partner with People & Culture and central support teams to drive capability and culture.
