Job summary

Sekisui House Australia is seeking an Architectural Visualiser to produce interior and exterior renders, develop detailed 3D models from drawings and BIM data, and create photorealistic animations for client presentations and marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with architects, designers, and the marketing team to ensure visuals meet branding standards and project objectives while staying on schedule and maintaining high visual quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, 3D Artist, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and design concepts accurately.

Join our Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW. You will produce high-quality architectural renders, visualisations, and marketing imagery. Your work will directly communicate design intent and support business development, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualisations.
• Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, BIM models, and design sketches.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing and client presentations.
• Enhance and composite rendered images using advanced post-production techniques.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to align assets with project objectives and branding standards.
• Manage project deadlines and multiple visualisation tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain visual quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout all project stages.
• Manage and respond to all internal and external queries professionally.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, 3D Artist, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and design concepts accurately.
