Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural technology.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant national building regulations and standards.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other consultants on technical aspects of projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Resolve technical queries that arise during the construction phase.
