Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering documentation for commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial or mixed‑use projects.
• Advanced Revit skills; AutoCAD experience considered advantageous.
• Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Supporting our Design Team, you will contribute to the preparation of Development Application and Detailed Design documentation across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. With a strong focus on Revit modelling, technical detailing and quality assurance, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality documentation outcomes that support successful project delivery.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Demonstrated experience delivering documentation for commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial or mixed‑use projects.

Advanced Revit skills are essential, with AutoCAD experience highly regarded.

Working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
