Job summary

Radian Architecture is a proudly Indigenous-owned national practice seeking an Architectural Graduate to contribute across the full project lifecycle. You will deliver construction-ready documentation and 3D models using Revit, ensuring alignment with NCC and Australian Standards, working from NSW with work-from-home flexibility and occasional interstate travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
• Master of Architecture is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Australian working rights are required and essential.

Responsibilities

• Document existing site conditions using surveys and scans.
• Prepare existing-condition drawings and Revit models.
• Contribute to masterplanning, concept design and spatial planning.
• Develop concepts into coordinated design-development documentation.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation and construction drawings.
• Create accurate 3D building models in Revit and ensure NCC/Australian Standards compliance.
• Coordinate documentation with structural, civil and MEP consultants.
• Incorporate client and internal review feedback into drawing packages.
• Assist with planning approvals, permits, and site inspections.
