Redland City Council is seeking a skilled Field Officer to deliver high-quality, complex operational maintenance across our parks, conservation areas and streetscapes throughout the Redlands Coast region.

This permanent, full-time position offers a 38-hour week and operates under the SL5C level of the Queensland Local Government Industry Award. Randstad is supporting council recruitment and you will join a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Certificate III in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscape Construction (with Level 2 Playground Inspector Cert), or Conservation & Land Management/Fire Management.
• Current Class 'C' Driver's License.
• Physically able to perform strenuous labor and pass a heavy‑duty capacity test.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety, teamwork, and customer service.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What You Need
