Job summary

DHL eCommerce Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Data Analytics professional for a hybrid 7-month contract in Matraville, Sydney. The role focuses on end-to-end receivables, collections, credit management and working-capital performance, while contributing to major finance transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for reporting, analytics and Power BI development to enable data-driven decisions across Finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations to optimise cash flow.
• Lead collections via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Drive dunning programs and monitor aged debt.
• Support finance transformation and system implementations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting for finance.
• Partner with Commercial and Operations to improve debtor performance.
