Job summary

DHL eCommerce Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Data Analytics professional to manage end-to-end AR operations, drive collections and improve working capital. You will lead data analytics, build Power BI dashboards and support finance transformation initiatives.

The role combines finance operations, process improvement and BI, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights and efficient cash flow management in a hybrid working environment in Matraville, Sydney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Finance Operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations to optimise cash flow.
• Lead collections, dunning programs and improve debtor performance.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support finance transformation projects and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service and Operations to improve working capital.
