Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatics Services Coordinator to lead our swim school team, including Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches, ensuring delivery of top-quality programs. This full-time role requires energy, strong communication, and a passion for child-centered aquatics.

You will engage with a diverse group of students, families and staff to drive outcomes, safety and customer satisfaction while supporting growth and operational excellence across our aquatic venues.

Qualifications

• Swim Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
• Swim extension certificates (desirable)
• Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
• Previous experience leading a large workforce towards business outcomes
• Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
• Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
• National Police Check
• Working with Vulnerable People
• Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
• Legally entitled to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Lead Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches to deliver high-standard swim school programs.
• Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership.
• Communicate effectively with students of diverse ages and abilities to maximise enjoyment and benefit.
• Contribute to customer service excellence for members and parents.

This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatics Services Coordinator to join the team and lead our aquatics team!

The Role

The Aquatic Services Coordinator will assist the Manager leading the Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches to ensure the delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard possible. This is a full time position.

You will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with a flair for working with children. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure swim school members, patrons and parents are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

• Swim Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
