The City of Campbelltown is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of Learn To Swim, squads and external aquatic programs in Adelaide's Council facilities.

You will implement water safety programs, ensure high standards of delivery and provide leadership, direction and training to Supervisors and Instructors across aquatic services.

Experience in GSPO, Watch Around Water, and close coordination with external swim schools and hirers is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Extensive Learn To Swim experience in a leisure setting.
• Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of all aquatic programs including Learn To Swim, Squads and external programs.
• Implement and direct swim and water safety programs.
• Provide leadership and skills training to aquatic programs staff including Supervisors and Instructors.
