Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator for Burpengary Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre. You will support day-to-day aquatic operations with a strong focus on safety, risk management and compliance, ensuring hazard controls, inspections and records are up to date.

The role involves overseeing emergency equipment readiness and contributing to OH&S improvements within a modern community facility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire others.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of work health and safety guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrated experience of plant room management and pool operations is essential
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and First Aid certification.
