Craig Mostyn Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Abalone Farm nursery team in Indented Head, Victoria, for a short-term casual placement from 6 October 2026 to 30 October 2026. This role reports to the Genetic & Nursery Manager and offers hands-on exposure to practical aquaculture processes.

The Opportunity:

Reporting into our Genetic & Nursery Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the nursery team. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and interested to grow within the business by learning different areas and gaining more responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the cleaning of slabs
• Feed or assist with feeding, grading and sorting abalone
• Move abalone stock to new slabs
• Operate pumps and other equipment
