Job summary

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group, seeks an EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) to join the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch in Sydney. You will lead testing activities across ITTS Group branches and work closely with the Test Manager to ensure test strategy and standards are in place.

You will manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff, develop test plans, report on results, and coordinate with business teams during UAT.

• Experience leading testing activities across multiple branches.

The National Disability Insurance Agency, Integrity Transformation and Technology Services (ITTS) Group is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

We are seeking a passionate experienced EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) to join the Scheme CRM Platforms Branch. The EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) will lead and conduct testing activities across ITTS Group branches. Working closely with the Test Manager to ensure test strategy and standards are in place.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
• Test SME with an in depth understanding of Test tools
• Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project management.
• Develop test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation.
• Identify, manage and document defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Accurately record time and effort for test case.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
• Manage Defect Triages and meetings.
• Coordinate with business teams and supports them during UAT.
