Hoban Recruitment is seeking experienced APS 6 level Investigators / Regulation Officers for a Federal Government client based in Canberra. The role involves managing complex investigations, providing expert advice, and contributing to regulatory outcomes in a dynamic government environment.

The position is non-ongoing from 2 November 2026 to 2 November 2027, with a salary package of $99,734 - $111,701 plus 15.4% superannuation, dependent on experience.

• Experience conducting investigations, compliance activities, reviews or regulatory assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedural frameworks.
• Excellent written communication skills, including report and brief preparation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Sound judgement and decision-making capability in complex situations.
• Australian Citizenship.
• A current Baseline Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
