Job summary

Your New Role

As an APS5 Programme Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting programme delivery and participant engagement by:

  • Managing reporting and insights processes, including analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision‑making.
  • Supporting participant engagement activities and helping to amplify the participant's voice across the Agency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve reporting processes and streamline feedback mechanisms.
  • Developing clear, accessible communication materials in line with plain English and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinating administrative and operational activities to support team and branch objectives.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries and provide advice on moderately complex matters.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and workflows.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or insights to support business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accessible written materials.
