Job summary

A government agency in Victoria seeks an experienced Training Facilitation Officer (APS6) to lead the delivery of culturally safe and inclusive training programs. Ideal candidates should be passionate about adult learning and First Nations engagement, with experience in training facilitation. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable. The role promotes psychological safety and trauma-aware practices in training sessions and supports the implementation of training packages.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cultural safety and First Nations perspectives.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
