Finsbury Green Pty invites motivated individuals to join our Melbourne production team as Printing and Bindery Apprentices. Earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience and develop valuable trade skills alongside experienced industry professionals.

Two apprenticeships are available, with practical onsite training and schooling through a registered training organisation, plus ongoing mentoring and progress reviews. No prior printing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with printing and bindery production operations.
• Learn machine setup, operation and maintenance.
• Develop skills in offset printing, folding, stitching and finishing.
• Understand print quality, job specifications and production requirements.
• Learn troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
