O’Brien Group in Ayr is seeking an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter to join the Service Centre. You will undertake on‑the‑job training while earning a nationally recognised qualification and providing high‑quality customer service.

You will learn to repair and replace automotive glass, perform ADAS windscreen recalibrations, and deliver dependable service. A hands‑on role with long‑term career growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry is highly regarded.
• Possession of a manual driver's licence is highly regarded.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability with hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and commit to long‑term career.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program.
• Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.
• Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations.
• Carry out glass chip repairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner.
• Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability.
