O’Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter at our Epping Service Centre. This hands-on trade program offers on-the-job training, support to complete the Certificate III in Automotive Glazing, and competency-based pay progression as you grow your skills.

You will learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards, perform ADAS windscreen recalibrations, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the O’Brien brand with pride.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian work rights.
• Pre-Employment Medical clearance required.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly regarded.
• Manual driver’s license highly regarded.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program.
• Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.
• Perform ADAS windscreen recalibrations.
• Carry out glass chip repairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner.
• Represent the O’Brien brand with pride and reliability.
