Qualifications

• Motivated to start or advance an automotive apprenticeship.
• Demonstrates reliability, good communication and teamwork.
• Interest in automotive industry and attention to detail.
• Valid Australian Driver Licence or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out workshop tasks under supervision of qualified technicians.
• Complete apprenticeship training and trade school requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Support with manufacturer servicing requirements and procedures.
