A utility company is seeking an Apprentice Power Worker to shape WA's energy future. As our Distribution Line Worker (Overhead) Apprentice, you will be based in either Broome or Kununurra and be supported to study, train, and work towards your Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead UET30621.

Your Role Will Include

• Learning how to work safely at heights, including climbing power poles.
• Understanding electrical concepts and applying them safely, such as fault finding, testing, and repairing electrical distribution equipment.
• Learning to obtain a variety of licences including elevated work platforms, dogging, and forklift.
• Travelling to Perth for blocks of learning, development, and training with our Registered Training Organisation.
  
  

You Will

• Be 17 years or older or completing Year 12 when you apply.
