• Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent.
• Reliable transport and punctuality.

• Complete formal studies at TAFE.
• Gain practical on‑the‑job training under skilled tradespeople.
• Rotate through different sections to gain exposure to overhaul and repairs of locomotives and components.
• Graduate with Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting).
