Job summary

Apprentice Recruit in Moorooka is offering an open-age apprenticeship for an Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic. You’ll join a busy workshop, gain hands-on experience across servicing, diagnostics and repairs, and complete a national automotive qualification.

No prior experience is required—just reliability, a genuine interest in cars, and a willingness to learn. A current manual driver’s licence and commitment to completing the apprenticeship are essential.

Qualifications

• Working on a range of new and used vehicles
• Assisting with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs when required
• Completing your apprenticeship training and trade qualification

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic to join a busy, well-established automotive workshop in Moorooka.

This is an

open-age apprenticeship, and we welcome applications from both junior and mature-age candidates. Previous mechanical experience isn’t essential. What matters most is that you’re reliable, mechanically minded, willing to learn and genuinely committed to completing your trade.

You’ll be working alongside experienced technicians in a modern workshop, gaining hands‑on experience across vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs while completing your nationally recognised automotive qualification.
