Job summary

Ian Barker Gardens in Canterbury, Victoria, seeks an Apprentice Landscape Construction (1st–4th year) to join our team. You’ll learn paving, irrigation, concreting, retaining walls and planting while contributing to high-end residential projects.

We provide on-site training, a Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend overtime, and clear opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Is passionate about landscaping, with a genuine eagerness to learn, develop new skills and grow within the industry
• Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues alike
• Is currently completing, or willing to obtain, a Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Has previous experience working with power tools or working outdoors (preferred but not essential for 1st year applicants)
• If in 3rd or 4th year, has experience working on high-end residential projects (preferred but not essential)
