Job summary

Gardens By Fields Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Apprentice Landscaper to join our team across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. You will gain hands-on experience on high-end residential projects and learn across multiple trades through on-site training and formal apprenticeship studies.

You will work with experienced site managers and qualified landscapers, developing skills in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork while pursuing a full-time apprenticeship with long-term career

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in landscape construction and outdoor work.
• Physical fitness and a strong work ethic.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Australian citizenship or permanent working rights with no restrictions.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or another trade is highly regarded but not essential.
