Qualifications

• Dedication to completing a Cert III in Electrotechnology and willingness to undertake structured training over 3-4 years.
• Year 10 minimum with SA C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent math/mechanical skills.
• Willingness to work varying/rotating shifts and attend external TAFE training as required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player.
• Eager to build a long-term career in a dynamic production team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to safely diagnose and fault-find electrical issues in a fast-paced production environment.
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, and assist in building or repairing components under supervision.
• Acquire knowledge of preventative maintenance, scheduling and workplace housekeeping.
• Grow understanding of the entire site operation while production demands are high.
