Job summary

Transport for NSW invites applications for an Electrical Apprenticeship based in Tweed Heads, commencing March 2027. This four-year, fixed-term full-time program combines paid work with structured training to develop practical skills for a career in civil construction.

Participants gain hands-on experience while working toward a nationally recognised qualification, with entry-level requirements and a pathway to ongoing employment within NSW Government.

Qualifications

• Year 10 or RoSA (or equivalent) completed.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willing to commence full-time employment in March 2027.
• Hold or be obtaining a C Class driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Earn while you learn, combining paid work with structured training.
• Gain hands-on experience and training towards a national qualification.
• Be part of an entry-level program designed to develop skills in civil construction.
