Job summary

Comselec Services is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Epping, VIC. This full-time role offers hands-on learning across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, under experienced supervision.

Responsibilities

Comselec Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Electricians to join our growing team in Epping, VIC. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the electrical trades. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. This role is fundamental to developing the next generation of skilled electricians whilst contributing to the delivery of high-quality electrical services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting qualified electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Learning to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Assisting with the installation of wiring, cables, conduits, and other electrical components
• Helping to test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify faults and issues
• Supporting the safe handling and storage of electrical materials and equipment
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and workplace procedures
• Attending approved training courses and on-the-job instruction as part of your apprenticeship
• Assisting with general site tasks and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Learning to use hand tools, power tools, and specialised electrical testing equipment safely and correctly
• Contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment

What we're looking for
