Job summary

McInnes & Co Group is seeking an apprentice carpenter to join our Sunbury-based team. You will learn across light commercial, sports pavilions, schools and domestic work, with opportunities to grow within a small carpentry business.

We welcome 1st to 4th year apprentices who hold a White Card and are prepared for on-site travel within a 40-minute radius. Australian citizen or permanent resident status is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Working with Children card and police check, or be willing to obtain them.
• A White Card is required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Reliable transport and own car.
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry.
• Physically fit and capable.
• Driver's licence and own vehicle is ideal.
• Willing to travel to and from sites within ~40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry work across light commercial, sports pavilions, schools and domestic projects.
• Apprentices will join a growing team and gain hands-on experience across multiple carpentry trades.

Small carpentry business located in SunburyVICcurrently have a position available for apprentice carpentry to join our growing team.

Undergoing all aspects of carpentry including light commercial, sports pavilions, schools & domestic work. We are looking for 1st to 4th year apprentices to apply to start or continue your apprenticeship.

You will need to have a working with children card, and police check, or be comfortable to obtain these if you don't already have them.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

• A white card.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Reliable transport andown car.
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry.
• Physically fit and capable.
• Divers licence and own vehicle is ideal
• Willing to travelto and from sites, within a 40ish min radius typically
