We're a bold team with a bright future; and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.
Evolution Mining is a premier global gold company operating six mines across Australia and Canada. We're transforming mines and uplifting careers. We've extended the mine life of our Ernest Henry Operations to 2040 and doubled its ore reserves. We took our Cowal Gold Operations underground in just seven years. We're transforming our Red Lake Operations, restoring it as a premier Canadian gold mine. That kind of ambition creates careers, not just jobs.
When we asked our people what they enjoy most about working at Evolution, two things came up across every site: career growth and the quality of the people. Here, you'll work alongside people who care, who push one another to be better, with leaders who are there to support you.
As an Apprentice Boilermaker (Fabricator), you'll undertake a structured apprenticeship program while learning your trade in a modern mining environment. Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you'll gain hands-on experience while completing practical and theoretical training leading to a nationally recognised Boilermaker qualification.
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll assist with the maintenance, repair and fabrication of fixed plant and mobile equipment while developing valuable technical and problem-solving skills.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with their hands, have an interest in fabrication and mechanical maintenance, and want to build a long-term career in the mining industry.
Mungari is a cornerstone asset in our portfolio, with a mine life to at least 2038. It's operationally diverse, with opportunities to work on the surface or underground and a great team of people who care. Our recent expansion of the processing plant has more than doubled processing capacity from 2 million to 4.2 million tonnes per year. With open pit and processing all on one site, the operational diversity is ideal for uplifting careers.
We support, develop and reward you to ensure you have a bright future. Here's how we back that up:
