Job summary

Snowflake Inc. is seeking a Security Architect to join the APJ Field CTO Office in Sydney. You will be the security evangelist and hands-on SME, guiding customers and partners on security architecture and data protection across Snowflake's platform.

You will partner with product, sales, and engineering to scope features, build demos, and drive adoption of secure data cloud solutions while communicating complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security with customer-facing and hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, OAuth, IAM, encryption, and data governance.
• Experience with cloud security architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Act as security evangelist, architect, and SME for Snowflake solutions.
• Define security feature enhancements with Product Management and customers.
• Build demos and prototypes on Snowflake platform with CSP integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to drive security adoption.
• Contribute to Snowflake Data Marketplace security posture and related initiatives.
• Share knowledge through webinars and conferences.
