Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years DevOps or application support experience.
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Analysis or related.
• Preferred: additional 1 year Database administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and manage the bank's application systems.
• Support ETLs and reporting solutions; design and maintain ETLs and batch processing programs.
• Provide data query services to business users; translate requests into technical specs and generate reports.
• Support and troubleshoot SQL and Oracle databases; familiarity with SSIS is advantageous.
• Communicate with business users, service providers and IT teams for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Assist project managers in related IT projects.
• Write and review IT documents and procedures.
• Perform general office duties as assigned.
