This full-time, ongoing position is based at our Kew campus and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where technology plays a key role in enhancing the School’s operations and strategic goals.
We are seeking an innovative and customer-focused Applications Developer & Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Services Team. In this dynamic role, you will design, develop, support and enhance business applications across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Services and custom .NET applications.
Working closely with stakeholders across the School, you will translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, deliver system enhancements, provide application support, and drive continuous improvement across our digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and innovation to make a meaningful impact in a leading independent school.
Some duties you will be involved with but not limited to include:
You will bring strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, .NET development, SharePoint Online and Azure integrations, with the ability to design, support and continuously improve business applications. Relevant tertiary qualifications and Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.
You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and can balance operational support, project work and competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
