Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an Application Advisor to support Sales by delivering reliable product demonstrations, configuring applications, preparing demo environments, solving technical challenges, and partnering with Sales and Advisory teams to translate business requirements into Dayforce solutions.

You will maintain a gold-standard demo platform, ensure environments and assets are scalable, and collaborate with Product, Support, and other teams to keep demonstrations moving while deepening product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in application support, software configuration, implementation, consulting, technical support, or customer-facing technology.
• Strong application configuration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues across applications, data, configuration, or environments.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to balance quality, risk, urgency, and business impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex applications, technologies, and business processes.

Application Advisors play a critical role in helping our Sales teams bring Dayforce to life for prospective customers.

Working at the intersection of technology, product, and Sales , y ou'll help create reliable and compelling product demonstrations that support customer conversations and strategic sales opportunities. You'll configure applications, prepare demo environments, solve technical challenges, and partner with Sales and Advisory teams to turn business requirements into solutions that showcase what's possible with Dayforce

• Strong technical support or application support experience, including troubleshooting complex issues across configuration, data, environments, or integrations.
• Experience with enterprise software, particularly HCM, payroll, workforce management, or similarly complex platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting, APIs, integrations, or translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
