Job summary

WNS-Vuram is seeking an Appian Architect/Developer to drive integration design, architecture, and standardization across client projects. You will design data models and define development standards in line with Appian best practices.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, deliver customer demos, and plan releases in an agile environment. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business needs.
• Design integration requirements with third-party platforms.
• Designing data models for scalable solutions.
• Defining architectural & development standards per Appian best practices.
• Preparing high-level technical specifications for solutions.
• Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring delivery quality.
• Interacting with customers daily and being the main contact.
• Presenting demos to customers.
• Leading sprint ceremonies and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing with business users and BA.
• Able to deploy applications across environments.
• Mentor development team to reach next level.
• Oversee infrastructure setup for On-Premise projects.
• Collaborate with offshore teams during development.
• Work knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• Apply agile development methodologies.
