Job summary

WNS in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver Appian-based solutions. You will work with clients to translate requirements into Appian applications, lead offshore teams, and ensure delivery aligns with best practices and quality standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of software development and testing experience on the Appian platform, strong problem solving, and experience with Agile methodologies. A ICT-related bachelor's degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development and testing experience on the Appian platform.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Knowledge of delivering projects using Agile principles.
• Ability to lead a team of Consultants towards an Appian implementation.
• Deliverables must meet quality standards, both functional and non-functional.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and Design of Applications using Appian Low Code Platform.
• Analysis and Evaluation of the system programming needs.
• Identify limitations in existing systems and propose solutions.
• Perform technical reviews and assist the development team in resolving issues.
• Develop Appian applications in line with system requirements.
• Test and debug Appian applications and fix issues identified.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Appian Best Practices.
• Interact with customers daily and act as the main point of contact for Customers.
• Work with off-shore teams during the development phase.

The Job Description for the Senior Technical Consultant is as below:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Analysis and Design of Applications using Appian Low Code Platform.
• Analysis and Evaluation of the system programming needs

To perform the above mentioned duties, the following qualification/experience is required.

Qualifications

• Overall experience of at least 5 years in software development and Testing using the Appian platform.
• Effectively prioritizes work and has excellent problem solving skills
• Knowledge of working and delivering projects using Agile principles.
• Ability to lead a team of Consultants towards a successful Appian implementation
• Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, functional as well as nonfunctional requirements.
• Ability to quickly adapt, understand and adhere to Company culture and principles.
• Bachelor's degree in ICT or relevant fields.
