AFCA is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Engineer to design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions. You will translate business problems into analytical approaches, explore data for insights, and collaborate with engineers to integrate models into enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates will have production AI/ML experience, strong Python/SQL, and exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like Azure/Databricks.

• Experience designing, building and delivering AI, machine learning or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning techniques, model evaluation and experimental design.
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience using version control and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• Exposure to model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
• The ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
• Experience working within a complex, regulated or transformation‑focused environment
