Weir Minerals Australia Limited is seeking a Tailings Business Development Manager to lead APAC tailings strategy from Brisbane or Perth, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will partner with customers, EPCMs and stakeholders to develop integrated tailings solutions that enhance performance, sustainability, and lifecycle value.

The role focuses on driving market growth, identifying strategic opportunities from early study phases through to project delivery, and coaching sales teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, business development, engineering, or product strategy within mining and minerals.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex pursuits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC tailings strategy to drive market growth with customer solutions.
