Job summary

Stripe Australia is seeking a senior leader to drive relationships with strategic payment advisors and partner firms, shaping a scalable GTM program to source opportunities and accelerate transformations.

You will collaborate with product, marketing and GTM teams to win large opportunities, define incentives, and ensure Stripe is considered for RFPs. The role requires 8–12 years in payments or consulting, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of payments/ops experience at a leading tech company or consultancy.
• 5+ years working with payment advisory firms.
• Proven ability to lead complex payment projects including implementation and optimisation.
• Proven ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and build a scalable program to engage payment advisor firms.
• Engage firms to create thought leadership and awareness of Stripe.
• Define success metrics and iterate over time.
• Coordinate with internal experts to support partner requests.
• Define incentives tailored for payment advisors.
• Collaborate with Stripe marketing, analyst and industry leaders.
• Develop and evolve this role within the A&C organization.
• Present innovative payments solutions to partners and clients.
• Organise and run periodic business reviews with partners.
• Ensure Stripe is included in relevant RFPs and opportunities.
