Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a logistics lead to manage day-to-day execution for utility-scale solar projects across Australia. Plan, coordinate, and control door-to-door multimodal shipments (road, ocean, air) from suppliers to job sites, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets and compliance requirements.

You will oversee last-mile delivery, manage 3PLs and customs brokers, monitor cost and service performance, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related discipline.
6–8+ years of experience in logistics coordination/operations in industrial, EPC, or energy sectors.
Strong knowledge of Australia transportation modes, regulations, and shipping processes (Incoterms 2020, customs, packaging).
Proven track record managing end-to-end multimodal transportation (road, ocean, air) across Australia.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day logistics execution for utility-scale solar projects across Australia.
Plan, execute, and oversee all logistics activities from suppliers to project sites.
Coordinate last-mile deliveries and manage 3PLs and customs brokers.
Monitor KPIs, drive corrective actions, and maintain stakeholder updates.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020, Australian transport regulations, and site HSE requirements.
