Job summary

Nextpower seeks an experienced logistics professional to lead day-to-day execution for utility-scale solar projects across Australia. You will plan, manage, and optimize door-to-door multimodal shipments, coordinate 3PLs and brokers, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure on-time delivery within budget and compliance.

The role requires 6–8+ years in logistics within industrial sectors, strong knowledge of Australian transport rules, and proficiency with TMS/Anaplan and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in logistics coordination/operations within industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Australian transportation modes and Incoterms 2020.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end multimodal transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee logistics from suppliers to project sites.
• Coordinate last-mile, road/ocean/air shipments, and 3PLs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive vendor performance.
• Maintain TMS data accuracy and generate status reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, incoterms, and safety rules.
