Job summary
Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a skilled investment professional to join the Real Estate investment team in Sydney. You will focus on asset management across portfolio companies and real estate assets, coordinating with senior management and external advisors to drive strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or real estate investment management/advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation analysis skills.
- Proactive, resilient with a commercial mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
- Collaborative team player with ability to contribute to regional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Asset management of portfolio companies and real estate assets, engaging with senior management and external advisors.
- Lead quarterly reporting, half-year asset performance review, refinancings and liquidity evaluation.
- Sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities; prepare investment papers for approval.
- Support investment and asset management decisions aligned with opportunistic fund strategies.
