You will blend strategic leadership with hands‑on expert witness work, driving growth across international markets, securing expert appointments, mentoring staff, and expanding the client base for high‑value disputes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and business development experience in construction disputes.
• Proven track record securing expert appointments and leading teams.
• Experience handling large-scale international disputes and cross‑jurisdictional work.

• Lead and develop a high-performing dispute resolution team.
• Provide expert witness testimony and manage complex claims.
• Drive strategy and growth through client relationships and BD initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, training and staff development to support expansion.
