Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie in Brisbane (or Sydney) seeks a Learning & Development Manager for a 12‑month fixed term contract commencing December 2026. You will drive capability development across APAC, leading innovative L&D programmes and services within a global team.

You will facilitate programmes, contribute to the Ashurst Perkins Coie Academy, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring CPD, compliance and study support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a learning and organisational development professional.
• Advanced facilitation and learning delivery experience—face-to-face and online.
• Strong experience in learning programme design and delivery with innovative thinking.
• Proven ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving needs, at pace.
• Analytical skills for problem solving and identifying themes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate face-to-face and online programmes for all levels across the firm.
• Assist with design and delivery of the Ashurst Perkins Coie Academy programmes.
• Manage learning and capability development delivery end to end (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, enhancement).
• Contribute to managing learning systems, policies and processes including CPD, compliance, accreditation and study support.
