Job summary

Inspired Education Group in Sydney seeks a Head of IT for the APAC region to lead all IT operations, align technology with business goals, and drive transformation across Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

You will own budgets, service levels, governance and vendor relationships while partnering with school principals and regional leaders to deliver reliable, secure IT services across the APAC network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT operations across multiple regions.
• Experience managing regional IT budgets and cost optimisation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service operations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee IT service delivery with SLAs, KPIs, and vendor management.
• Embed governance, risk, asset, and supplier management across the APAC region.
• Collaborate with school principals and executive leaders to align technology with strategy.
