Weir is seeking a Head of Business Technology APAC to lead the technology agenda across APAC, partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into strategic outcomes. You will drive major transformation programs and ensure investments deliver measurable value, engaging regional and global teams with up to 20% travel.

You will shape technology strategy, oversee governance, risk, and data protection, and build a high-performing regional technology team while championing a strong safety

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with global experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategy.
• Experience with ERP platforms and large-scale transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in multinational environments.
• Expertise in change management and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to APAC senior leaders, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and priorities.
• Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and drive enterprise programs across regional teams.
• Lead governance of technology demand, ensuring investments align with enterprise standards.
• Oversee value, risk, security, compliance, and data governance for measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional technology team with stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with global teams to deliver outcomes and support APAC travel up to 20%.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to a zero harm safety culture.
